native of New Delhi, India, Narender Kumar Behl began his
career in 1979. Leading Hotels under Indian Tourism Development
Corporation across New Delhi, Ashoka Hotel, Oberoi Hotel Chains, Hotel
Janpath, Hotel Siddharth are few to name where he was handpicked to
work. He served the best in class food throughout the Middle East
while serving in Oberoi Hotels. In 1988, Narender moved to Australia
to become chef at Radisson Hotel Melbourne. Later on he joined the
team of Hotel Carlton Crest in Melbourne to serve the ever ending
thirst of food lovers of Indian Flavors. Narender Kumar Behl founded Bombay Club Restaurant in the 1994 and has turned it into more than just a restaurant.
